The story of VeloPops begins in the summer of 2018, when four families came together to collaborate on a new project.  With over 50 years of collective restaurant practice, the goal was simple. To serve delicious, made-from-scratch fruit and cream-based pops made with the finest, real ingredients possible.   Not just a dessert treat, an elevated flavor experience that tastes great and one you can feel good about eating.

Our first location opened in Matthews, NC in April of 2019.

Additional locations will be announced soon, all with the same promise. We are about creating moments of connection between families, friends and communities. When we all take a minute to slow down and connect one flavor at a time just imagine the POPsibilities.
